This romper is just a pull up and down through the neck, with two shoulder straps and babydoll style bodice. The shoulder straps are fixed and a low back.  
This romper has a drop crotch harem look, that is super comfy and fun and child would love to wear it.  Great for keeping cool in the summer and also for layering on those cooler days.
